Muru, Australian Labradoodle female

Muru

Wallaroo's Aku Aku

Born: September 29, 2023

Muru likes to go everywhere with her own people, whether in the car or running alongside a bicycle. She enjoys the days when she gets to be home alone and lounge in peace. Muru loves winter and diving into snowdrifts (just like her mother); wading in water is also quite nice, but she is not yet convinced about swimming. Running free and wrestling with her human dad are among Muru's favourite things, as is snuggling on the sofa under her human mum's arm. Muru also has lots of human and dog friends.

Muru goes to work with her human mum at a housing services unit for people with disabilities, brightening the days of residents and staff. So all kinds of mobility aids have become familiar to her. Unintentional rough handling or sudden movements don't faze her either. She reads different people very well and behaves the way each situation requires. She moves out of the way when needed, and then again comes close to be scratched.

Care routines such as washing, trimming and nail clipping go without problems, although they are not her favourite things.

Even though Muru is small, she copes well with long walks too. She can settle down in any situation. When she comes to us, among the other dogs, she slips into the pack nicely and is right at home.
